With a hands-on approach spanning acquisition, development strategy, capital structuring, and execution, Victor focuses on building and operating businesses and assets where he maintains direct operational control. His investment philosophy centers on disciplined underwriting, aligned partnerships, and long-term value creation—deploying capital selectively into opportunities where operational expertise, strategic growth, and downside protection drive sustainable results.

Alan Proano
Alan Proano brings extensive experience in property analysis, acquisitions, and market evaluation. Prior to joining the firm, Alan spent several years overseeing investment real estate, with primary responsibility for sourcing, acquiring, managing, and successfully exiting residential and multifamily assets. He specializes in identifying and structuring off-market opportunities, leveraging disciplined underwriting and market insight to drive portfolio growth with strong equity positioning and consistent cash flow. As COO, Alan oversees day-to-day operations, acquisition strategy, and execution, ensuring projects are aligned with the firm’s long-term value creation and performance objectives.
